Job Summary
Conduct overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas, including resetting vacated tables and removing used dishes between courses. Assist servers, bartenders, and hosts with food and beverage delivery, ensuring courses are complete and accurate while maintaining full beverage stations. Communicate with the hostess to assure efficient seating and table utilization, and perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health and safety standards. Remove used silverware from guest tables after each visit. This role requires TABC certification and food and alcohol service certification, with physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work standing for extended periods.
