Job Summary
Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas while resetting vacated tables and removing used dishes between courses. Assist servers, bartenders, and hosts by running food and beverages to guest tables, ensuring courses are complete and accurate. Communicate with staff to assure efficient seating and table utilization, and perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health and safety standards. This role requires TABC certification, food and alcohol service certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, along with a detail-oriented work ethic and strong communication skills.
