Job Summary
Clean the restaurant and service areas, run food from the kitchen to tables after verifying course accuracy, and deliver beverages from the bar while ensuring they remain full. Remove used dishes and silverware between courses and after guests depart, then reset vacated tables and maintain cleanliness of all assigned seating to adhere to health and safety standards. Assist servers, bartenders, and hosts with seating, table utilization, and guest service needs while communicating efficiently across the team. This role requires TABC certification, food and alcohol service certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18, fluent in English, and detail-oriented.
