Job Summary
Set up dining rooms, set and clear tables, pour water, run food, and reset spaces while supporting servers and expediters. Polish glassware, ensure the kitchen pass is stocked and organized, and communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams. Deliver food accurately and efficiently, maintaining a culture of Enlightened Hospitality. Demonstrate a passion for food by understanding menu items, preparations, and plating.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a support role in a full-service restaurant
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs
- English fluency
