Job Summary
Support service on every level in a fast-paced restaurant environment and help create memorable guest experiences. You’ll become familiar with the menu and training to become a sake or wine expert, assist with running side work, bussing and restocking, deliver food, explain dishes, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area. You’ll lift and move items up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures while upholding high standards of hospitality and teamwork. The role includes training and career growth within Hai Hospitality’s Uchi/Uchiko/Uchiba/U-Loro concepts and participation in a comprehensive benefits package.},
