Job Summary
Clear and reset tables quickly, deliver water, bread, and condiments, and maintain clean dining areas and service stations. Anticipate guest needs and assist with food running while ensuring table settings are polished before seating. Follow safety and sanitation protocols and work closely with servers, bartenders, and food runners to maintain smooth service flow. Execute tasks assigned by FOH Leadership efficiently in a high-volume environment. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server Assistant, Busser, or similar role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
