Server Assistant

Set and clean tables, sushi bar, and lounge areas throughout the shift while supporting servers with drink refills and clearing tables. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house, including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations, ensuring soy bottles are refilled and thoroughly cleaned. Communicate with hosts to set up and break down tables as requested, refill beverages upon customer or server request, and remove dirty dishes and debris between courses. Check restrooms on a routine schedule, report problems immediately, and assist customers with inquiries. Remove trash, break down boxes for the bar and restaurant, and perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor. Leave the restaurant in a clean condition prior to the end of the shift.
