Job Summary
As a Server Assistant, you will support the service team by ensuring tables are set, food is delivered efficiently, and guests receive an elevated dining experience. You will anticipate guest needs, assist servers, run food and drinks, pre-bus and reset tables, maintain cleanliness, stock service stations, and communicate effectively with team members to uphold THE ONE GROUP’s high standards of service. Must be able to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and lift 20 lbs; available to work nights, weekends, and holidays; basic English proficiency required for guest interactions.
