Server Assistant - The National

Server Assistant supports the Server and Hosts in food and beverage service, handling water service, clearing and resetting tables, maintaining station stock and cleanliness, and assisting with cleaning tasks. Requires clear communication with the Server, a professional presence, attention to detail, and teamwork to ensure smooth service. Growing knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, ingredients, glassware types, sanitation, and operating procedures is expected, along with the ability to move quickly and gracefully in the dining room and to absorb service procedures and dining room layouts.
