Server Assistant

Assist servers and staff; greet tables, provide water, and coordinate the timing and delivery of each course for each table. Support side work and proper opening/closing of the restaurant. Exemplify hospitality and conscientiousness in all interactions with guests, vendors, and community. Promote and embrace the restaurant’s community and culture by demonstrating respect, energy, dependability, honesty, initiative, and a pleasant, professional appearance. Support the restaurant's vision of being eco-conscious. Assist servers and staff as needed; perform related work and model teamwork. Must be passionate about hospitality, possess superior temperament and communication skills, be motivated to care for others, and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
