Job Summary
Server Assistant responsible for maintaining the restaurant interior and exterior, keeping dining room tables clean and sanitized, stocking service areas with dishes, glassware, and utensils, and ensuring front and back-of-house areas are clean, stocked, and inviting. Performs bussing, table resets, restrooms checks, exterior curb appeal maintenance, and basic deep cleaning tasks, while adhering to Denny’s Guiding Principles and brand standards. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in both indoor and outdoor environments, stand/walk for 4–8 hour shifts, tolerate temperature changes, follow health and safety regulations for food handling, and work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. Strong guest service skills and teamwork are essential.
