Job Summary
Assist servers with dining room setup, water and bread service, and food delivery while clearing and resetting tables to maintain service flow. Ensure service stations remain organized, support opening and closing duties, and greet members to answer basic menu questions. Participate in pre-shift briefings and communicate clearly with kitchen staff and managers to coordinate timing during busy meal periods. Available for day and evening shifts, weekends, and major holidays from April through October.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and major holiday weekends based on business needs
- Available to work a combination of day and evening shifts
- Available to work weekends
- Available to work major holidays and holiday weekends including Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during service
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and move comfortably in a busy dining environment
- Comfortable working in both indoor dining areas and outdoor waterfront spaces
- Must be able to follow service standards and instructions carefully
