Job Summary
Assist servers by clearing tables, setting tables, refilling beverages, and dishware, and attending to guest requests to uphold the quality of food, beverage, and service. Deliver a high-quality dining experience by ensuring the area is well stocked and maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant before, during, and after service. Complete assigned side work in compliance with 80/20/30 rules while maintaining consistent communication with staff, management, and the kitchen. Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude, working a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 – 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on a regular (or occasional basis)
- Ability to stand for prolong periods of time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year Server Assistant experience in a fine dining, high volume setting and/or relevant, equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to think quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and eloquently, both verbal and written
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
