Job Summary
Prepare dining rooms by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils. Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies while maintaining menu presentation and table settings. Support wait staff by replenishing condiment stands, trash containers, and bus stations, then close the facility by cleaning chairs, sweeping floors, and removing trash. Participate in staff training and perform other reasonable duties as requested by leadership. Available to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends.
