Job Summary
Server Assistants collaborate with front of house staff to provide courteous, efficient hotel food and beverage service. Responsibilities include assisting servers and bartenders with beverage and bread service, greeting and watering tables, stocking wares, removing soiled items to the dishwashing area, cleaning and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness of tables and service areas, anticipating guest needs, and staying informed on hotel services and local attractions. Additional duties include restocking the wait station, operating coffee/beverage equipment, and completing opening/closing side duties while complying with departmental policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months experience in customer or food service preferred
- Necessary State/Property required certifications for food and alcohol service
- Valid drivers license
