Job Summary
Provide guests with water, coffee, tea, and bread service throughout the meal while maintaining an efficient pace and minimizing waste. Remove used dishes and glassware from tables to the dish area, scrape and stack items, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and service stations. Re-set tables as guests depart, assist servers as needed, and respond promptly to guest requests. Monitor dining experiences, thank guests for their visit, and invite them to return. Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and understand the English language
- Must speak English fluently
- Must be able to write basic English
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- Punctuality and regular, reliable attendance

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in full service restaurants is preferred
