Job Summary
Prepare silverware, polish glassware, and stock soup and side stations before each shift. Run food to tables, bussing efficiently while refilling beverages and removing dirty plates. Assist the culinary team by recognizing menu items, garnishing dishes, and pacing tables. Reset tables thoroughly, clean booth seats, and organize kitchen stations with full condiment supplies. Work weekday and weekend nights at an hourly wage only, with no tips or commission. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift trays safely.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food and drink when necessary
- Must be able to pour beverages such as water and wine
- Must have weekday nights and weekend nights availability
