Job Summary
Server Assistant (PM) at Bar George in Montreal supports Servers by ensuring tables are properly set, clean, and ready for guests; maintains floor attentiveness; demonstrates knowledge of dishes and beverages; assists with food running and monitors quality/presentation to meet O&B standards; communicates with servers/hosts to optimize seating and service flow; keeps work area organized; ensures condiments are prepped and refrigerators stocked; follows food safety procedures; handles waste/recycling; relays guest feedback to servers; performs other duties as assigned. Requires 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment, bilingual English/French, strong attention to detail, ability to stay calm in a fast-paced setting, and availability for weekend and holiday shifts. Full-time permanent evening position; legally eligible to work in Canada.
Required Qualifications
