Job Summary
Assist servers with setting up for dinner service and help ensure sections are fully prepared before guests arrive. Serve as a communication link between kitchen staff and arena servers to ensure correct food quantities and timely delivery. Maintain food safety standards, monitor equipment temperatures, and support overall service flow to keep the show running smoothly. Help clear tables, transport dishes, and may assist in beverage attendant duties. Requires strong teamwork and communication, attention to food safety and allergies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 and have or obtain a Florida Alcohol Server Certificate; high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
