Job Summary
Provide ongoing support for servers during shifts by assisting with setup, stocking, and breakdown while maintaining venue cleanliness and aesthetics. Answer guest questions about the Pinstripes experience and personalize their dining and entertainment visit in our upscale venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. Work with team members to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and maintain a neat appearance following all uniform and grooming guidelines. Be on your feet for up to six hours per shift. Required Qualifications
- Provides memorable guest service
- Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience
- Assist and work with other team members to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently
- Help personalize the experience
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours
- Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines
- Must be 18 years of age or older
