Job Summary
Buss tables, reset dining areas, and deliver food from the kitchen to guest tables during meal periods. Remove dirty plates between courses, restock serving stations with water, bread, and butter, and unload trays in the dish machine. Maintain full knowledge of table numbers, seating positions, and menu items while checking and controlling food inventory. Perform pre-shift side work, unload trays, and ensure all service stations remain clean and supplied. Adhere to company service culture, attend required meetings, and maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
Required Qualifications
- Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Food Handlers Certification
- In compliance with California laws
- Long hours
- Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 15 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Must be able to stand and work for extended periods of time during customary service hours
- Must be able to bend, stoop or reach as needed
- Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
