Server Assistant

Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by assisting with food and beverage service, setting up, cleaning, and supporting service tasks to ensure a welcoming dining experience. Responsibilities include delivering food and beverages to members/guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, knowledge of the menu and daily specials, greeting guests, collaborating with team members, handling member/guest requests and complaints, completing side work, and following safety and club policies. Additional duties may include assisting with events and large parties. Required qualifications include a High school diploma or equivalent, prior F&B service experience, current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by local regulations, and completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program. Skills emphasized include excellent communication, ability to follow instructions, teamwork, professional conduct, and physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs. The role requires attendance to daily briefings and flexibility to work weekends/holidays as per schedule.
