Job Summary
The Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by assisting with food and beverage service, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for members and guests. Responsibilities include setting up tables, cleaning and restocking, greeting members and guests, and providing basic assistance while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborates with teammates to ensure a smooth dining experience, handles member/guest requests and complaints by escalating as needed, completes side work, and follows safety and cleanliness guidelines. Additional duties may include supporting special events and large parties. The role requires excellent communication, adherence to club policies, and a professional appearance, with opportunities for personal and professional growth and required certifications relevant to the role.
Required Qualifications
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
