Job Summary
Deliver food and beverages to members and guests while maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas. Set up tables, restock supplies, and answer simple menu questions to support the front-of-house team. Greet guests with a friendly attitude, handle requests and complaints by escalating to management when necessary, and collaborate to ensure smooth service. Perform side work including cleaning, organizing, and stocking work areas to meet club standards while following safety guidelines. Support special events and large parties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
- Wear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards
- Must be able to attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities
- Must be available for additional hours including weekends and/or holidays
