Job Summary
Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by assisting with food and beverage service, setting up tables, cleaning, restocking supplies, delivering food and beverages to members/guests, welcoming guests, and assisting with events. The role contributes to a welcoming dining experience, collaborates with team members, handles guest requests, and adheres to safety and cleanliness guidelines within a club environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Food Handler Certification as required by state and city regulations
- Alcohol Server Certification as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
