Server Assistant

Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by assisting with food and beverage service, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for members and guests. Responsibilities include delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restocking supplies, greeting members/guests, assisting with questions about the menu and daily specials, collaborating with team members, handling member/guest requests and complaints, completing side work, following safety and cleanliness guidelines, and performing additional duties including supporting events and large parties. The role requires professionalism, effective communication, ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to club standards; preferred qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, previous F&B service experience, current state/city-required certifications, completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks; attendance is required with additional hours including weekends/holidays.
