Server Assistant

Assist servers with running food, bussing tables, taking drink orders and ensure table set ups are correct; ensure necessary service items are stocked such as ice banks, bar fruit, and service stations; polish silverware pre-shift and post-shift; maintain cleanliness of the dining room; collaborate with servers, bar and kitchen staff to provide quality customer service; follow all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols. Requires reliable, customer-service oriented individuals who can adapt to teamwork and be available nights, weekends and select holidays.
