Set up dining room areas, arrange tables, and restock china, glass, and utensils before service begins. Clear and reset tables, run food and bus tables, and serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests while anticipating and addressing service needs. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights. Move objects weighing up to 20 pounds and adhere to grooming and uniform standards in this Forbes-rated fine dining environment.

Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma preferred
- Have at least 2 years of experience in bartending, in addition to knowledge of French/Californian cuisine
- Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational individual
- Ability to implement and uphold service standards
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
- Ability to interact with all associates and guests of the resort
- Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- 2 years of experience in fine dining preferred
- Hotel experience preferred
