Server Assistant

Set up dining rooms, set and clear tables, pour water, run food, and reset spaces while polishing glassware. Work alongside servers and expediters to ensure the kitchen pass remains stocked and organized throughout service. Deliver food accurately and efficiently, communicating effectively with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations. Support setup, breakdown, and additional needs to ensure successful service periods. This role requires 1+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant support position, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
