Job Summary
Server Assistant at Lifestyle Communities (LC) based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH. Deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and prompt service; take orders, serve food and beverages, answer guest questions, process payments, and support servers to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal. Greet guests professionally, refill beverages, clear and reset tables, maintain dining room cleanliness, and assist with restocking service areas. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related customer experience. Work is based in a restaurant environment with standing/walking, occasional movement around dining and kitchen areas, and travel between local stores as needed. Equal opportunity employer.
