Job Summary
Server Assistant for Le Flâneur at Recess Hotel & Club in Savannah, GA. You will support the dining room team and ensure a seamless, memorable guest experience by assisting servers with food delivery and table maintenance, pre-busing and resetting tables, refilling water and bread service, keeping service stations clean and stocked, assisting with opening/closing and side work, and coordinating with hosts, bartenders, and culinary staff. The role emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, effective communication, and a proactive, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced French-brasserie setting. Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle service items safely; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
