Job Summary
Deliver food and beverages to members and guests while maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas. Greet visitors with a friendly attitude, answer simple menu questions, and handle guest requests or complaints by escalating issues to management as needed. Collaborate with the team to support special events, large parties, and additional duties assigned by the F&B Director or Restaurant Manager. Adhere to safety guidelines, complete required certifications, and attend daily briefings to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
- Any required certifications relevant to your role
