Server Assistant role supporting servers and bartenders by maintaining dining room setup, transporting food, assisting with menu changes, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include pacing and clearing tables, stock and prepare service items, open/close duties, deep cleaning, and communicating with kitchen staff about menu items and changes. Must have knowledge of food and beverage items, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and provide reliable transportation; prior experience preferred but not required.
