Job Summary
Maintain the restaurant's sanitation standards by cleaning spills in the kitchen and dining areas, sanitizing tables, chairs, and booths between guest seatings, and inspecting guest bathrooms on a regular basis throughout shifts. Clean tables and remove dishes after parties leave, then assist servers in restocking all dining and service areas while resetting tables. Complete daily and weekly cleaning sheets by cleaning assigned areas at appropriate times. Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience by greeting customers, answering questions, and responding promptly to guest needs and concerns. Ensure availability of clean dishes, flatware, glasses, straws, napkins, and other dining materials. Assist with food running and secondary service as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs maximum weight
- Must be able to climb ladders occasionally
- Must be able to reach forward frequently
- Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
- Must be able to reach overhead frequently
- Must have finger dexterity occasionally
- Must have hand/eye coordination occasionally
- Must be able to stoop constantly
- Must be able to bend constantly
- Must be able to sit occasionally
- Must be able to stand constantly
- Must be able to walk constantly
- Must be able to perform substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (repetitive motion)
