Job Summary
Greet guests as they are seated, assist servers with beverages and initial table needs, and run food and drinks to tables as directed. Clear and reset tables quickly after departures, transport used dishware to the dish room, and clean and sanitize tabletops, chairs, and booths between seatings. Respond promptly to guest requests, inspect and clean assigned restrooms, and support the host team with restocking. Thank guests as they leave and contribute to a positive atmosphere throughout the shift. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; both part-time and full-time schedules are available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Certification prior to or within 30 days of hire
- Must understand and follow all OSHA and HACCP compliance standards
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift (typically 4–8 hours)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. regularly
- Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment with varying temperatures
- Manual dexterity required to handle dishes, glassware, and utensils safely
