Job Summary
The Server Assistant/Food Runner is responsible for providing immediate attention to all guests, describing menu items, taking orders, delivering food promptly, following up to ensure guest satisfaction, and maintaining an organized workstation. Accountable for checks and cash transactions, utilizing the Point of Sales System, and practicing safe work practices. The role requires regular attendance, and includes performing Food Runner duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- two years serving experience and/or training
- must meet state age requirements for handling alcohol
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work both inside and outside in all types of weather
- Previous restaurant experience required
