Job Summary
Assist servers, restock dining areas, clear and reset tables, and complete daily and weekly cleaning sheets. Operate espresso machines, craft Stacks cocktails and mocktails, and pour coffee and water while ensuring condiments are supplied before guests seat. Forward guest concerns to wait staff or supervisors as needed. Work long hours and overtime including weekends and holidays from 6:30am to 3:00pm, standing and lifting up to 40 pounds. This union position requires an organized, efficient manner with limited supervision, presenting a clean professional image. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must demonstrate an ability to work in an organized and efficient manner
- Must demonstrate an ability to work with limited supervision
- Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and guests
- Must present a clean and professional image
- Must be able to work long hours and overtime
- Shifts include 6:30am-3:00pm
- Must be able to work on one's feet for long periods of time
- Must be able to stoop, bend, push, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must work in a clean, efficient, and orderly manner
- Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements, which will most likely require evening and weekend hours
Desired Qualifications
- Bartending and/or barista experience is a plus
