Job Summary
Server Assistant in fine dining, responsible for maintaining a clean dining area, assisting servers and kitchen staff, delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring proper stocking of menus, utensils, and napkins, and providing proactive guest service. Requires strong communication, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds; flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Fine dining experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience as a busser, food runner, casual dining server or in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to carry trays of food and drinks with accuracy and speed
