Server Assistants provide seamless support to servers by ensuring tables are set, cleared, and properly maintained throughout service. They deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs, assisting with food and drink delivery, and keeping the dining area clean and organized. They help create an elevated and memorable dining experience in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment. Responsibilities include table setup and maintenance, food and beverage support, clearing and resetting tables, guest assistance (water service and beverage refills), cleanliness and organization, team support with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, restocking supplies, and effective communication of guest requests. The role requires adherence to safety, sanitation, and health regulations and a positive, professional hospitality mindset, with physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
