Job Summary
Stock all stations and complete opening duties before and during service. Collaborate with servers and front-of-house staff to maintain table cleanliness, reset tables between courses, provide water service, remove unused items, and package leftovers. Deliver genuine, generous service to guests while addressing their needs or concerns immediately and communicating any food or service issues to leadership. Adhere to safety protocols, including Hogsalt's food allergy and dietary restriction procedures. Execute all closing tasks such as sidework, general cleaning, and additional assignments from leadership. Maintain full availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs, and stooping
