Job Summary
Deliver food orders quickly and accurately from the kitchen, clearing and resetting tables while monitoring food quality and presentation. Handle guest requests, relay messages to team members, and replenish supplies as requested by food servers. Assist servers by running food and bussing tables, and manage the physical maintenance of kitchen and service areas. Requires a valid NH driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and significant standing, walking, and reaching. Required Qualifications
- one month of related hospitality experience and/or training
- Must have developed language skills to the point to be able to: read and comprehend instructions, safety rules, and memos
- Speak clearly, distinctly, and with confidence using appropriate pauses, emphasis, and punctuation
- Requires mathematical development sufficient to be able to: add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure (money, weight, volume, etc.)
- Must have developed reasoning skills to be able to: apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to professionally deal with problems in standardized situations
- Must be able to travel to and from function sites
- Must have a valid NH driver's license
- Must have a favorable driving record
- Must be able to operate company vehicle
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test

- Exposure to noise: Sufficient noise such as music, either constant or intermittent, to cause marked distraction or possible injury to the sense of hearing if endured day after day
