Job Summary
Deliver food and beverages to tables accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with elevated service standards while coordinating with servers and culinary staff to ensure correct orders, presentation, and timing. Maintain keen awareness of the menu, including ingredients and potential allergens, and monitor for special dietary requirements. Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting as needed, maintain proper organization of service stations, and monitor dining room flow to proactively support servers and guests. Uphold professional appearance, composure, and service standards at all times while collaborating with front-of-house and kitchen teams for smooth operations. Valid Smart Serve Certification required; 3-5 years of fine dining experience preferred. Available weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hourly wage $30 during training, $35 certified.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Smart Serve Certification
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- 3-5 years prior experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-standard service environments
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Available weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
