Job Summary
Join Cece's Roland Park as a Server Assistant, assisting in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the serving staff. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of service stations, clearing and resetting tables, and effectively communicating with both guests and co-workers. Ideal candidates will have prior customer service or restaurant experience, possess strong attention to detail, and be capable of lifting heavy items. Required Qualifications
- Strong ability to provide attention to detail
- Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to handle objects including food and utensils
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to move about the entire facility safely and efficiently
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred
- Fluency in English, other languages preferred
