Server Assistant/Busser

Job Summary
Assist servers and support front-of-house operations by clearing and resetting tables, delivering food to tables when servers are busy, refilling beverages, and helping ensure guests have a welcoming dining experience. Maintain cleanliness of tables, restrooms, floors, and other areas; perform side-work at shift start and close; follow company policies, sanitation standards, and dress/grooming guidelines; attend meetings and training as required; collaborate with team to provide fast, friendly service and accurate guest requests.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Have a valid food handler's license
- Displays a friendly, positive attitude and works as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Adherence to posted schedule and posted clock in/out times
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to bend, stoop, stand for extended periods; lift up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
