Job Summary
Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course, assist dining room waiters in food and beverage service, and serve guests as directed. Remove solid linens and replace with clean linen, transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station, and polish silver and glass as needed. Provide tables with beverages, keep menus clean, and deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently while maintaining proper plate presentation. This role requires experience in food and beverage, clear communication with kitchen and front of house staff, and the ability to cope with frequent changing priorities. Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise
- Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with a professionalism & collaboration
- Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice
- Push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs on a weekly basis
- While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to travel by foot, waiting and standing for long and short periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience within food and beverage a plus
