Job Summary
Assist in setting up and clearing tables, arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly. Deliver beverages to tables, refilling drinks as needed, and answer guest questions while accommodating special requests. Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicate guest feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by wiping down surfaces and adhering to food safety protocols. Minimum of one year foodservice/hospitality experience required, with good knowledge of food and wine. Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol and possess relevant state and local certifications such as a food handlers certificate or alcohol training. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
