Job Summary
AM Server Assistant at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ. Responsibilities include providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to all guests; Run food and expo; Support functions in the restaurants and other areas where guest dining occurs; Act as an extension of the server to ensure the guest experience is flawless. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years’ experience as a Host, Server Assistant or related Food & Beverage role, hotel/resort experience preferred, and can work all shifts including weekends/holidays. Must have reliable transportation and a current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card, and be able to stand for long periods. Knowledge or passion in health & wellness is valued.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years’ experience as Host, Server Assistant or any related Food & Beverage experience
- Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
- Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
