Server Assistant

Server Assistant role under the Outlet General Manager to support Head Servers and Servers by keeping the dining area clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, running food and beverages to guests, refilling beverages, assisting with bread/condiments, greeting guests, alerting staff to complaints, maintaining stocked server stations, performing opening/closing side work, and assisting with general cleaning. Required skills include strong communication, teamwork, ability to multitask in a fast-paced outdoor environment, guest-focused service, and physical ability to carry trays and lift around 20–25 lbs; flexible availability including weekends and holidays. This is a mid-level hospitality role at Delano Miami Beach’s re-opening with a focus on guest service and operations support.
