Job Summary
As a Server at Sienna Senior Living, you will work in a fast-paced dining environment to support residents’ health and well-being through meal preparation and service, ensuring a safe, clean, and pleasant dining experience. You will contribute to the home’s culture by upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards, promoting a la carte and wine service, following health department requirements and ORCA standards, and participating in emergency preparedness drills and ongoing education. The role requires practical dining room service experience, the Smart Serve or SIRS designation where applicable, and English communication skills, with eligibility to work in Canada and required background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Smart Serve designation OR Serve It Right (SIRS) designation for Saskatchewan locations
- one year experience in dining room service
- Safe Food Handling Certification preferred
- English communication skills
- legally eligible to work in Canada or valid work/study permit
- Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check
