Job Summary
As a Server at Sienna Senior Living, you will support residents’ health and well-being by assisting with meal preparation and service, ensuring a safe, clean, and pleasant dining experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to a culture that values residents’ stories, uphold health and safety standards, promote dining sales, and work with a team to deliver compassionate, respectful service to seniors. Must have Smart Serve or Serve It Right (SIRS) designation for Saskatchewan locations, at least one year of dining room experience, and strong English communication skills; legal eligibility to work in Canada and successful background checks are required.
Required Qualifications
- Smart Serve designation OR Serve It Right (SIRS) designation (for Saskatchewan locations)
- one year experience in dining room service
- Safe Food Handling Certification preferred
- effective verbal and written English communication skills
- ability to work independently and/or as a team member
- legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
- Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check
